Homemade Dairy-Free Tzatziki
This incredible dairy-free dip has hints of dill, lemon, and cucumber. It can be enjoyed with fresh vegetables, in rice bowls, with chicken, or in a gluten-free pita!

4 Servings
1/2 cup coconut sour cream alternative*
1 tbsp fresh dill
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup cucumber, diced, not peeled
Sprinkle of pepper
1 tsp olive oil

Simply mix ingredients in a small bowl, refrigerate for an hour (if possible) and serve. Store in a sealed container in the fridge.
