Tasty Holiday Leftovers!
Turkey Bacon Wrap
This is a nice wrap to have after thanksgiving or Christmas when there is leftover turkey.
~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~
1 lunch serving
Ingredients:
3 slices of turkey, shredded
1 piece of bacon, broken into pieces
1/2 avocado
1 tsp veganaise or mayo
1 dairy-free cheese slice
1 tsp apple jelly or cranberry sauce

Serve on a gluten-free wrap.
Warm in a panini grill.

Tip: I highly recommend a panini grill when using gluten-free wraps. It will give you so many more meal options.
