Sweet Potato Fries

 Savoury fries your sure to enjoy!

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20-22 minutes

Ingredients:

2 large sweet potato

1 tbsp olive oil

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Dash of sea salt and black pepper

Coconut oil spray (or any oil)

1) Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet.

 

2) Peel sweet potatoes. Cut into fries. Place in a small bowl or large Ziploc bag.

​

3) Add olive oil and seasoning.  Coat all fries with seasoning and oil. Lightly spray parchment paper with coconut oil before putting the fries on. Place fries on a baking sheet.

​

4) Cook for 10 minutes, flip fries over. Cook for another 10-12 minutes, until fries are tender and crisp. Cook time will depend on how thick your fries have been cut.

 

Serve warm with ketchup or vinegar.
