Roasted Potatoes

These Roasted Potatoes are a simple and delicious side dish! Excellent for a family dinner, or when you are having a dinner party.

 

~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~

4 servings

Ingredients:

1.5 lb yellow mini potatoes
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Dash black pepper

Dash of sea salt or Himalayan salt

1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.


2. Rinse potatoes. 


3. Coat potatoes with olive oil, then salt and pepper.
 

4. Line 9x13 metal baking pan with parchment paper.

​

9. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 400 degrees. 

 

Serve warm!
