Noodle Vegetable Stir-Fry
So quick and easy, your family will think you cooked all day!
~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~
Ingredients:
​3 tbsp of sesame oil
1 cup grated carrots
2 cups grated cabbage
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
1 tsp onion powder
Dash of pepper
1 box (340g) gluten-free spaghettini pasta

1. Heat frying pan on medium heat and add sesame oil, carrots and cabbage. Saute for a couple of minutes before adding in mushrooms. Saute for about 4 minutes.
2. Boil noodles for 7 minutes.
3. Turn heat low add cooked noodles, soy sauce, onion powder, and pepper. Sauté together for a minute.

4. Serve warm in bowls.
​
Makes 4 servings.
Ready in 30 minutes

Tip: For faster preparation, you may decide to buy shredded coleslaw, carrots and sliced mushrooms.
