Lemon Tahini Dressing
This salad dressing is creamy and delicious!
You won't believe there's no dairy!
~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~
Makes about 1 cup or 3-4 servings

Dressing:
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tbsp tahini (ground sesame seeds)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp gluten-free soy sauce, Tamari, Liquid Aminos or Coconut Aminos
1 tsp pure maple syrup
2 tsp Earth Island dairy-free parmesan (optional)

Put dressing ingredients into a cup blender or use a whisk, mix until creamy. Mix dressing with lettuce and add toppings.

Ready in 15 minutes!

Earth Island Parmesan can sometimes be found at Walmart or at health food stores.
​
Buy good quality Tahini. Not all brands taste the same. I prefer organic Tahini.

Alternatives to Soy Sauce:
​
Coconut Aminos (Soy-Free Seasoning Sauce) is soy-free, gluten-free, non-GMO, No MSG, and vegan.
​
Liquid Aminos is a natural Soy Sauce Alternative. It is not fermented, gluten-free, and contains no alcohol. It is made of soybean vegetable protein and water. And it does contain sodium.
