Green Mango Protein Smoothie
This smoothie is full of flavour! Kids love this!
~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~

Makes 8oz smoothie
​
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup of spinach
1/2 banana
1/4 cup coconut milk (or any dairy-free milk)
1/4 cup of apple juice or mango juice
1 tbsp flax oil or milled flaxseed
1 1/2 tbsp vanilla protein
​
Put ingredients in a blender, mix well.
​
Ready in 5 minutes.
