Cinnamon French Toast

This is a childhood favourite! Everyone loves Mom's french toast!

Easy to make!

~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~

Makes 6 slices

​

2 large eggs

3 tbsp coconut milk (or milk of your choice) 

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp cinnamon

6 pieces of gluten free bread

vegan butter

​

Garnish with Maple Syrup, fresh sliced strawberries or raspberries, and coconut whip cream. 

​

1) On medium heat, warm grill or frying pan, put a tsp of vegan butter on grill or pan. 

 

2) On a large plate use a fork to mix the egg, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.

​

3) Dip each piece of bread into the egg mixture.

 

4) Cook until brown on both sides.

 

Place cooked french toast on a plate and top with syrup and sliced strawberries. For a real treat put a drop of coconut whip cream on the top!

​

Serve warm.
