Sweet creamy sauce with freshly chopped broccoli, onion, bacon!
Broccoli Salad
This sweet and delicious broccoli salad is great to bring to a potluck or family dinner!

4-6 servings
Dairy-Free Broccoli Salad:

1 head of fresh broccoli, cut bite-size florets

1/2 red onion, chopped small

4-6 strips of cooked bacon (optional)

1/3 cup of golden raisins (optional)

1/4 cup sunflower seeds, I prefer unsalted

1/2 cup of veganaise or vegan mayo

2 tbsp white sugar

1 tbsp white vinegar
1) In a small mixing bowl, add vegan mayo, sugar and vinegar, mix, let sit for a couple of minutes.

2) Cook bacon until crispy and cut into strips.
​
3) Meanwhile, wash and cut broccoli into bite-size pieces and chop the red onion into small pieces.
​
4) In a large mixing bowl, add broccoli, onion, bacon, raisins, sunflower seeds, then pour the dressing over the salad. Stir well.
​
Store in the fridge and serve cold. Stir before serving.
